At Noor e ilham , we are committed to delivering quality products. However, we offer exchanges only in limited circumstances as outlined below.


EXCHANGE POLICY


We allow product exchange only if there is a clear manufacturing defect, such as:

Incorrect item received

Damaged item upon arrival

Major stitching or fabric issue

Conditions for exchange:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the defect


NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN IN THESE CASES

Please note that we do not offer any exchange or return in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase

Personal preference (e.g., “didn’t like the item”, “not as expected”, etc.)

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

Wrong size ordered by the customer (please check the size chart carefully before ordering)
